Our bacteria plants are located:

In Canada: Montréal and Mirabel, Quebec for human nutrition applications.

In the U.S.A.: Milwaukee, Wisconsin for animal nutrition applications.

In South America : Patos de Minas (Brasil) and Montevideo (Uruguay) for plant care applications.

In Europe: Malvern, United Kingdom for animal nutrition applications; Aurillac, and La Ferté-Sous-Jouarre, France (also known as Lallemand Specialty Cultures (LSC)) for various applications from nutrition to food with a strong focus on specialty meat and dairy.

In order to produce cultures of the highest quality standards, the Aurillac facility is GMP and food safety certified with quality control processes applied throughout the entire manufacturing cycle. Operating under the most stringent quality standard (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP and cGMP) and leading technology capabilities.

La ferté is ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 certified.
