After careful selection of strains from various collections, Lallemand Specialty Cultures (LSC) planifies the launch of its cheddar, semi-hard and soft cheeses portfolio by spring 2016.
These ranges are the result of an extensive research in collaboration with partners like Actalia and ENILBIO in France for semi-hard cheese like Gouda; and with Wisconsin Center for Dairy Research (CDR) in USA for Cheddar applications.
