Lallemand Specialty Cultures was proud to host its first distributor seminar. With people from 18 countries and 3 continents coming to learn from our Dairy and Meat expertise, the training was a real success. In addition to theoretical sessions, distributors had the opportunity to discover our product characteristics via a dairy organoleptic workshop. Participants were also given the chance to visit our production plant near Paris to better understand the culture manufacturing process. Last but not least, since France is known for its gastronomy, participants were taken to a typical French dinner to complete the experience!
