Did you know that our La Ferté-sous-Jouarre plant has been producing cultures for over 100 years, making it one of the pioneers in the production of microorganisms in France?
About 40 people are involved in the production of bacteria, yeast, and mold, following the highest quality and food safety standards. Specialized in cultures for dairy, meat, plant-based, and bioprotective applications, it is a well-known plant in the industry.
Ever since its acquisition by Lallemand, the plant has undergone many modifications in order to improve both product quality and working conditions.
