LSC participated to the 7th edition of the Technical day (June 18th) organized by Profession Fromager, a key actor of the French cheese market. Lallemand shared its culture expertise with cheesemakers through a dairy organoleptic workshop. Indeed, those workshops are an excellent way for the attendees to experience culture specificities and compare firsthand characteristics such as flavors and appearance.
As a close partner to Profession Fromager and with a strong educational purpose, Lallemand will continue to contribute and share its knowledge at upcoming events.
